# Blair House, LLC — Accessibility Statement

Blair House, LLC is working to make blairhousellc.com usable by people using a wide range of devices, input methods, and assistive technologies.

## Maintenance target
The current maintenance target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA where practical. This is not a claim of independent certification or a claim that every page has been tested with every assistive technology.

## September 2026 accessibility work
The current public-site review included:
- a keyboard-accessible skip link and main-content landmark
- stronger visible keyboard focus and fixed-header focus protection
- minimum target-size support for navigation and controls
- reduced-motion behavior for visitors who request it
- navigation state labels and current-page identification
- labels and accessible status/error messaging on the contact form
- descriptive text alternatives for meaningful project and material images
- a titled Google Maps iframe
- keyboard access for the back-to-top control
- password-manager-friendly username/password autocomplete on the administrative login
- removal of the old orientation-locking web manifest

Automated/static review cannot by itself prove full WCAG conformance. Additional issues found during real-user or assistive-technology testing will be addressed as part of ongoing maintenance.
